What YogaMitra is
YogaMitra is a free website for practising yoga at home. A 3D figure demonstrates 180 poses from any angle while a voice guides you in 28 languages. The site also has guided sessions, breathing timers, meditations, mudras, chakra practices and yoga plans for common health conditions. You do not need an account, and your practice history stays in your own browser.
Free, and provided as it is
The site is free to use and is paid for by advertising. We work hard to keep the poses, instructions and translations accurate, but we provide the site "as is", without any promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your particular needs.
Your health comes first
YogaMitra is for general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified yoga teacher. Check with your doctor before you start if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury or have had recent surgery. Move gently, never force a pose, and stop at once if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Please read our medical disclaimer. You practise at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any injury that results from using the site.
What you may not do
- Use the site for anything illegal or to harm other people.
- Copy, scrape or republish our text, 3D figures, audio or translations in bulk, or present them as your own.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its server.
- Click on ads dishonestly or use automated tools to inflate visits or ad views.
You are welcome to share links to any page and to use the site with your family, students or class.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may add, change or remove features, poses, languages or pages at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
